Prof. Ph.D.Sc. Malik Čabaravdić was born in 1972 in Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina). After completing his doctoral studies at the Technical University in Dortmund (Germany), he obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. Since 2009, prof. Čabaravdić is employed as an assistant professor, and from 2020 as a full professor in the scientific field "Automation and Robotics" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica. From 2015 to 2023, he was vice-rector for international cooperation and quality assurance of the University of Zenica. Since November 2023, he is the head of the Department of Automation and Metrology at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica.
In previous years, Prof. Čabaravdić actively participated in several domestic and international research and development projects in the field of innovation management, curriculum innovation and quality assurance in higher education.
