Arnel Jašarević was born in 1991 in Zenica, where he completed primary and secondary school. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Zenica, Department of Production Technology Management, will end in 2015. In the period from 2015 to 2023, he was employed by the company GS-TMT from Travnik, which deals with the production of machine parts and welded steel structures for the European market. He works there as a technologist and then as a project manager.

He was elected to the position of assistant in the field of production technology in 2023, and immediately joined the teaching process in the department's courses.
