KONKURS ZA UPIS STUDENATA U PRVU GODINU I (PRVOG) CIKLUSA STUDIJA NA UNIVERZITETU U ZENICI U AKADEMSKOJ 2026/2027.GODINI (DRUGI UPISNI ROK)

Konkurs za upis studenata u prvu godinu I (prvog) ciklusa studija na Univerzitetu u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027.godini (Drugi upisni rok – preostala slobodna mjesta) traje od 26.avgusta do 11.septembra 2026. godine.

Candidate ranking and entrance exams at the faculties of the University of Zenica will be held from 14.septembra do 18.septembra 2026. godine. 

The faculties of the University of Zenica will provide complete information on their bulletin boards and the faculty's website about the place and time of submitting documents, as well as taking entrance exams for the study programs of the faculties of the University of Zenica where entrance exams are scheduled.

Admission of accepted students to the faculties of the University of Zenica will be done  according to the faculty plan u skladu s usvojenim Planom upisa studenata u prvu godinu I (prvog) ciklusa studija na Univerzitetu u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027.godini – Pregled slobodnih mjesta.

NOTE: Admitted students who do not enroll within the previously established deadline will be considered to have abandoned enrollment in the study program of the University of Zenica faculty to which they applied.

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have completed a four-year high school in Bosnia and Herzegovina have the right to participate in the Competition, as well as candidates who have completed high school outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for whom, after the recognition or nostrification procedure, determined that they have completed the appropriate education for continuing education.

Izuzetno, kandidati koji su srednju školu završili izvan Bosne i Hercegovine imaju pravo učešća na Konkurs i prije izvršenog postupka priznavanja odnosno nostrifikacije svjedočanstva o završenom srednjem obrazovanju u inostranstvu, uz prilaganje odgovarajućeg dokaza o pokretanju naprijed navedenih postupaka. Navedeni kandidati mogu izvršiti upis nakon završenog postupka priznavanja odnosno nostrifikacije o završenom obrazovanju u inostranstvu najkasnije do početka akademske 2026/2027.godine.

The ranking of candidates is carried out by special commissions appointed by the deans of the faculties of the University of Zenica.

The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Decision on criteria and criteria for determining the order of admission of candidates for the first year of the first cycle of studies at the University of Zenica, which forms an integral part of this Competition, as well as the individual criteria of the University of Zenica faculty for evaluation of grades from subjects relevant to the respective study and evaluation of the results of the entrance exams at the faculties of the University of Zenica where the entrance exam is scheduled.

The ranking list and the list of admitted candidates will be published by the faculties on the notice board and on the faculty's website, after they have been verified by the competent authorities, for faculties where the entrance exam is scheduled to take place no later than five days after the last day of the entrance exam, and for other faculties no later than five days from the closing date of the Competition.

Candidates who apply for the Competition for enrollment in the first year of the I (first) cycle of studies attach the following documents:

1. an application for enrollment in which the study program/department to which he is applying is correctly indicated,
2. certificates of completed classes of high school completed in BiH for a four-year period, i.e. appropriate documents on the implementation of the recognition or certification procedure for candidates who completed high school outside of BiH,
3. high school diploma,
4. birth certificate,
5. Certificate of Citizenship,
6. other documents relevant for determining the number of points according to the criteria.

Candidates attach the documents listed under point b), c), d), e) and f) in original or certified photocopy (with certification not older than 6 (six) months from the date of publication of the Competition).

Candidates who benefit from the rights under the Law on Supplementary Rights of Defenders and Members of Their Families ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", No. 15/24) must, in addition to the previously mentioned documents, also submit the following documentation:

• certified household list,
• income certificates of household members,
• certified copy of identity card,
• confirmation of the status of members of the defense population and their family members.

Branilac i član njegove porodice, koji je redovan student, ima pravo prvenstva pod jednakim uslovima pri upisu na fakultete Univerziteta u Zenici, a u skladu sa članom 22. stav (1) Zakona o dopunskim pravima branilaca i članova njihovih porodica („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“,  broj: 15/24) i Uredbom o prednosti u školovanju djece branilaca („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“,  broj: 1/25).

Za upis kandidata iz kategorija: djece šehida, poginulog, umrlog, nestalog branioca; djece poginulog, umrlog, nestalog dobitnika ratnog priznanja ili odlikovanja; djece umrlog ratnog vojnog invalida i umrlog demobiliziranog branioca; pripadnika romske nacionalnosti; osoba s invaliditetom preko 70%; osoba bez roditeljskog staranja koje su štićenici ustanova za smještaj djece bez roditeljskog staranja u Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu; osoba čiji su roditelji/staratelji korisnici socijalne pomoći, a koji imaju prebivalište na području Zeničko-dobojskog kantona, a koji se prijave na redovan studij (finansira Osnivač) i polože prijemni ispit, odnosno ne ostvare potreban broj bodova po općim i posebnim kriterijima na fakultetima na kojima nije predviđen prijemni ispit,  a ne uđu u kvotu predviđenu Planom upisa, Vlada Kantona donosi posebnu odluku o davanju saglasnosti na povećanje broja studenata za upis. Odluka o davanju saglasnosti na povećanje broja studenata za upis donosi se na osnovu zahtjeva Univerziteta u Zenici.

Status pripadnika romske populacije kandidati za upis u prvu godinu I (prvog) ciklusa studija na fakultetima Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027.godini dokazuju prilaganjem jednog od slijedećih dokumenata iz kojih je vidljiva pripadnost romskoj populaciji: školska svjedodžba,  izvod iz matične knjige rođenih, izvod iz matične knjige vjenčanih, izvod iz popisa birača ili neki drugi dokument koji sadrži podatak o pripadnosti romskoj populacji.

Status osobe sa invaliditetom preko 70% kandidati za upis u prvu godinu I (prvog) ciklusa studija na fakultetima Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027.godini dokazuju prilaganjem dokumenta nadležne medicinske istitucije.

After both enrollment deadlines have passed, the competent authorities of the University of Zenica faculty will determine:

1. Za studijski program za koji je upisnom kvotom predviđeno 31 i više studenata nastava se izvodi ukoliko je na taj studijski program upisano najmanje od 50% studenata od broja predviđenog upisnom kvotom za taj studijski program.
2. Za studijski program za koji je upisnom kvotom predviđeno 30 i manje studenata, nastava se izvodi ukoliko je na taj studijski program upisano najmanje 10 studenata.
3. Izuzetno od prethodne tačke nastava se može izvoditi na studijskim programima na kojima je upisano manje od 10 studenata, iz opravdanih razloga, na prijedlog Ministarstva za obrazovanje, nauku, kulturu i sport, uz saglasnost Vlade Kantona.
4. Obrazložen Zahtjev za izvođenje nastave na studijskim programima u skladu sa prethodnom tačkom podnosi Senat Univerziteta u Zenici na saglasnost Vladi Kantona putem Ministarstva za obrazovanje, nauku, kulturu i sport.

If the study program does not meet the requirements for teaching, the accepted candidates will be offered admission to study programs where there are still available places for enrollment according to the established Admission Plan.
