Amna Bajtarević-Jeleč was born in 1992 in Kakanj, where she completed elementary school and high school. He enrolled in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Zenica in 2011, and finished the same in 2015. During her undergraduate studies, from the first to the fourth year, she was the best student in her generation, and for each academic year of her studies, she was awarded the Dean's Charter. In 2016, he enrolled in the Master's study at the "Engineering Product Design" department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica, and finished it in 2019 with the defense of his Master's thesis entitled "Analysis of the structural integrity of pipe connections in complex voltage states". Since 2020, he is a doctoral student of Polytechnic University, "Džemal Bijedić" University in Mostar, Department of "Construction".

During 2016 and 2017, she did a one-year internship at the Cement Factory in Kakanj. From 2017 to 2019, she was employed at Company Delibašić-poliuretani doo Kakanj as an assistant to the head of production. Since 2019, she has been employed as a permanent associate at the Department of Structures and CAD Technologies. He participates in the teaching of subjects belonging to the scientific field "Mechanical elements and constructions", in the capacity of an assistant, and from 2020 in the capacity of a senior assistant. He is currently working as the secretary of the Department of Structures and CAD Technology. She is the co-author of one book, and several scientific and professional papers in magazines and conference proceedings.
