COMPETITION ZA UPIS STUDENATA U PRVU GODINU II (DRUGOG) CIKLUSA STUDIJA NA UNIVERZITETU U ZENICI U AKADEMSKOJ 2026/2027. GODINI

Konkurs za upis studenata u prvu godinu II (drugog) ciklusa studija na Univerzitetu u Zenici (Magistarski studij) u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini traje od 26. avgusta  do 30. septembra 2026. godine.

The faculties of the University of Zenica will provide complete information on the place and time of submission of documents on their bulletin boards and the faculty website.

Admission of accepted students to the faculties of the University of Zenica will be done  according to plan fakulteta u skladu s usvojenim Planom upisa studenata u prvu godinu II (drugog) ciklusa studija na Univerzitetu u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini.

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have completed the first cycle of studies (undergraduate studies) in Bosnia and Herzegovina have the right to participate in the Competition, as well as candidates who completed the first cycle of studies (undergraduate studies) outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for who, after the recognition or nostrification procedure, have been found to have completed the appropriate education to continue their education.

Izuzetno, kandidati koji su prvi ciklus studija (dodiplomski studij) završili izvan Bosne i Hercegovine imaju pravo učešća na Konkurs i prije izvršenog postupka priznavanja odnosno nostrifikacije diplome o završenom prvom ciklusu studija (dodiplomski studij) u inostranstvu, uz prilaganje odgovarajućeg dokaza o pokretanju naprijed navedenih postupaka. Navedeni kandidati mogu izvršiti upis nakon završenog postupka priznavanja odnosno nostrifikacije o završenom obrazovanju u inostranstvu najkasnije do početka akademske 2026/2027. godine.

The admission and enrollment of students in the first year of studies is carried out by special commissions appointed by the deans of the University of Zenica.

The ranking list and the list of accepted candidates will be published by the faculty on the bulletin board and the faculty's website after they have been verified by the competent authorities no later than five days after the closing of the Competition.

Osnivač će snositi troškove redovnog studija u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini samo za studente koji su u I  (prvom) ciklusu studija ostvarili prosječnu ocjenu 8 (osam) i više u skladu sa Odlukom Vlade Zeničko-dobojskog kantona o davanju saglasnosti na visinu školarine i drugih naknada koje plaćaju studenti II (drugog) ciklusa studija na Univerzitetu u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini.

Exceptionally, the Founder bears the costs of regular studies for students who achieved an average grade of less than 8 (eight) in the I (first) cycle of studies, if they are students from the categories: children of martyrs, killed, deceased, missing defenders; children of a deceased, deceased, missing recipient of a war award or decoration; children of deceased war invalids and deceased demobilized defenders; members of the Roma nationality; disabled person via 70%; persons without parental care who are wards of institutions for the accommodation of children without parental care in the Zenica-Doboj Canton; persons whose parents/guardians are beneficiaries of social assistance and who reside in the area of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

In case of application of a large number of candidates, priority is given to candidates with a higher average grade achieved during the I (first) study cycle.

Kandidati koji se prijavljuju na Konkurs za upis u prvu godinu II (drugog) ciklusa studija (magistarski studij) prilažu sljedeća  dokumenta:

1. biography,
2. diploma or certificate of graduation and completed I (first) cycle of studies (undergraduate studies) which is evaluated with 240 or 180 ECTS points,
3. birth certificate,
4. Certificate of Citizenship,
5. certificate of success achieved during the 1st (first) cycle of studies (undergraduate studies) with an overview of all subjects and grades (diploma supplement),
6. statement of acceptance of the obligation to pay the costs of the II (second) cycle of study (master's study) only for students enrolled in the status of regular self-financing and part-time students.

Candidates must submit the documents listed under points b), c), d), e) and f) in the original or a certified photocopy (with a certification no older than 6 (six) months from the date of publication of the Competition).

Candidates who benefit from the rights under the Law on Supplementary Rights of Defenders and Members of Their Families ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", No. 15/24) must, in addition to the previously mentioned documents, also submit the following documentation:

• certified household list,
• income certificates of household members,
• certified copy of identity card,
• confirmation of the status of members of the defense population and their family members.

Branilac i član njegove porodice, koji je redovan student, ima pravo prvenstva pod jednakim uslovima pri upisu na fakultete Univerziteta u Zenici, a u skladu sa članom 22. stav (1) Zakona o dopunskim pravima branilaca i članova njihovih porodica („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“,  broj: 15/24) i Uredbom o prednosti u školovanju djece branilaca („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“,  broj: 1/25).

Za upis kandidata iz kategorija: djece šehida, poginulog, umrlog, nestalog branioca; djece poginulog, umrlog, nestalog dobitnika ratnog priznanja ili odlikovanja; djece umrlog ratnog vojnog invalida i umrlog demobiliziranog branioca; pripadnika romske nacionalnosti; osoba s invaliditetom preko 70%; osoba bez roditeljskog staranja koje su štićenici ustanova za smještaj djece bez roditeljskog staranja u Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu; osoba čiji su roditelji/staratelji korisnici socijalne pomoći, a koji imaju prebivalište na području Zeničko-dobojskog kantona, a koji se prijave na redovan studij (finansira Osnivač) i polože prijemni ispit, odnosno ne ostvare potreban broj bodova po općim i posebnim kriterijima na fakultetima na kojima nije predviđen prijemni ispit,  a ne uđu u kvotu predviđenu Planom upisa, Vlada Kantona donosi posebnu odluku o davanju saglasnosti na povećanje broja studenata za upis. Odluka o davanju saglasnosti na povećanje broja studenata za upis donosi se na osnovu zahtjeva Univerziteta u Zenici.

Status pripadnika romske populacije kandidati za upis u prvu godinu II (drugog) ciklusa studija na fakultetima Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini dokazuju prilaganjem jednog od slijedećih dokumenata iz kojih je vidljiva pripadnost romskoj populaciji: školska svjedodžba,  izvod iz matične knjige rođenih, izvod iz matične knjige vjenčanih, izvod iz popisa birača ili neki drugi dokument koji sadrži podatak o pripadnosti romskoj populacji.

Status osobe sa invaliditetom preko 70% kandidati za upis u prvu godinu II (drugog) ciklusa studija na fakultetima Univerziteta u Zenici u akademskoj 2026/2027. godini dokazuju prilaganjem dokumenta nadležne medicinske istitucije.
