During my studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Zenica, I had the opportunity to get acquainted with SolidWorks software. My interest in computer tools for modeling and analysis resulted in the fact that I applied SolidWorks in solving certain engineering problems through my graduation thesis. All the prior knowledge I gained during my studies helped me in my engineering career. Since 2016, I have been working in the company GS-TMT doo Travnik in the position of "Designer of tools and devices", and since January 2021 in the position of "Head of the service for the construction of tools and devices". In this position, together with my work colleagues, I have the task of creating, designing, and putting into production (technical documentation and templates with cutting positions) tools/devices for joining, welding and machining parts for our customers. These tools/devices make the process of producing pieces easier for our workers, thus speeding up the process itself, while saving time and money.
- I started with SolidWorks certification and then I passed the basic module CSWA-MD (Certified Solidworks Associate – Mechanical Design). In further work and constant learning, I passed the CSWP-MD (Certified Solidworks Professional – Mechanical Design) certificate and a series of specialist certificates (Surfacing, Weldments, Sheet metal, Drawings, Mold making, MBD – Model-based definition, Electrical Associate, Additive Manufacturing Associate , Simulation Associate, Simulation Professional, Sustainability), and the highest possible degree of Solidworks certification CSWE (Certified Solidworks Expert). From December 2022, I became the SolidWorks User Group Leader for Bosnia and Herzegovina. B&H SWUG is a non-governmental and non-profit group of users of Solidworks software whose role and purpose is socializing, education and certification of Solidworks users..
